Who we are
Sole is a futsal app being built in the UK. The company that runs Sole is being registered, and its name and number will be added here. You can contact us at hello@sole-futsal.com.
What we collect
When you register interest we collect your name, email address and whether you are a player, fan or club. If you choose to tell us, we also collect your club, league, position or role at the club, roughly how many players pay subs, whether your club wants to be a pilot, which features you would use, and how you heard about Sole.
Why we use it
- To email you about Sole's launch and early access. We do this because you agreed to it (consent).
- To contact clubs about the pilot programme, if you asked to be considered.
- To understand which features people want most. We look at this in total, not person by person.
We never sell your details or share them with advertisers.
Who else handles it
Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also stores any form sign-ups for us. Netlify may store data outside the UK, under safeguards approved for UK data protection. When we send launch emails we will use an email provider, which will be listed here.
How we protect it
- The whole site only works over a secure connection (https), so what you type is encrypted on the way to us.
- Sign-ups are stored in our Netlify account, which only Sole can open and which is protected by two-step sign-in.
- The site loads no tracking, advertising or social media code.
- We only ask for what we need, and we delete it when we no longer need it (see below).
How long we keep it
We keep your details until Sole launches and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you create an account or ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email hello@sole-futsal.com or use the unsubscribe link in any email. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
